Nothing. ₹200 per keychain includes delivery anywhere in India, whatever the quantity. There is no packing fee, no handling fee and no minimum order.
We do not ship outside India at the moment.
Every plate is printed after it is ordered, so the time has two parts:
Most orders arrive within 5 to 7 working days of being placed.
Working days exclude Sundays, government holidays, and the day the order is placed. Remote PIN codes take longer than metros.
This is an estimate, not a guarantee. We are a small workshop printing in batches, and a courier delay is outside our control. What we will do is tell you: if your order is going to be slow, you will hear from us rather than being left to wonder.
You get a tracking number when the parcel is handed to the courier. If a delivery is attempted and missed, the courier will normally try again; if it comes back to us, get in touch and we will resend it.
We send to the address on the order. If it is wrong, tell us before the parcel is dispatched and we will correct it at no cost. Once dispatched, a redelivery to a corrected address may cost whatever the courier charges us.
Orders are prepaid. Every plate carries a specific registration, so a refused delivery cannot be resold to anyone else — which is the honest reason, rather than a policy for its own sake.
