We collect as little as we can and use it only to make and deliver your order. We do not sell it, and we do not build a profile of you.
Payment card and UPI details are handled entirely by our payment provider. They never reach our server and we never store them.
To print the right thing, send it to the right place, and be able to answer you if something goes wrong. Your mobile number is used to reach you about your order — a dispatch message, or a question about what you typed. We do not send marketing messages without being asked to.
A vehicle registration can identify its owner, so we treat it as part of your order and nothing else. We do not publish it, and we do not use customers' registrations in photographs or advertising unless they have specifically agreed. Every plate shown on this site is our own example.
That is the whole list. We do not share order data with anyone else, and there are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Order records are kept while they may be needed — to handle a replacement, to answer a query, and to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. Ask us to delete your details and we will, once nothing turns on them.
The site is served over HTTPS. Order data is held on a single server we control, with access restricted to the person who runs the workshop. We are a small operation and we do not pretend to be more than that; what protects your data best is that we hold very little of it.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Get in touch through the contact page and we will reply.
The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. A session cookie is used only for the operator's own admin login, which customers never see.
