OmniMake is a one-person workshop in Kerala. Messages are read and answered by the person who prints the plates.
Please include your order number, and a photograph if something is wrong with what arrived. That is usually enough to sort it out in one message.
If you want to check that a number will come out the way you expect, or ask about something the site does not cover, get in touch first. We would rather answer a question than reprint a plate.
If something has gone wrong and an ordinary message has not resolved it, say so explicitly and it will be treated as a formal complaint. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours of receiving them and tell you what we are doing about it.
We make keychains. We have no connection to any vehicle manufacturer, no access to vehicle records, and nothing to do with actual registration plates or the authorities that issue them.
